6. No-Show Policy

If you fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date without prior notice, your reservation will be considered a "no-show." No-show reservations will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

For reservations of multiple nights, we reserve the right to cancel the remaining nights of the reservation after the first night's no-show and make the room available for other guests.

7. Refund Process

When a refund is due according to our cancellation policy, the following process applies:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment used for the reservation.
  • Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
